No-Cost Group for Binge Eating

Announcing a no-cost, online treatment for binge eating. The 16-week group will be conducted over zoom through a secure format and led by a licensed mental-health professional. The group is free. No insurance is needed. Groups are small (4 to 6 people), respectful, and nonjudgmental. All information is strictly confidential. MMT-E is a novel treatment designed to help participants break free from binge eating that can interfere with self-esteem, relationships, and overall quality of life. MMT-E understands that overeating can be a tool for coping with stress and uncomfortable emotions, and urges to binge can feel almost impossible to resist. MMT-E works to help participants learn to regulate overwhelming urges and emotions, decrease binge eating episodes, and begin to live lives that feel more satisfying and fulfilling.
